1. Duplicate this Notion template

On the top right corner of this page, click Duplicate to add a copy of this page to your own Notion workspace.

If you do not have an account, create your free account at notion.so.

2. Edit the Sample Instructions

Below are two sample instruction pages.

Click on the page to open it, then edit the title, icon & content.

OPTION A: Create a new page by typing / and selecting Page

OPTION B: Duplicate one of the Sample Instruction pages

3. Set Sharing Permissions

When your instructions are ready to share, click Share on the top right corner of the instructions page. [Do not share this page.]

Turn on Share to web

Turn off Allow duplicate as template.

Copy the link and keep it accessible during your Zoom call.

4. Share the Link in the Zoom Chat

Paste the page link in the Zoom chat before participants go into breakout rooms.
