Why? It’s about shifting people’s perspectives about the real reasons they struggle to follow through on what matters, and what they can do about it.
Because a lack of follow-through doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with you, it means you are trying to solve the wrong problem.
And since I’m taking my own advice to help me follow through on this goal, I’m using a strategy that works well for how I’m wired: public accountability.
